We are looking for a strong and passionate leader to join our team at Cognitive Software Engineering within SA CNS.
Cognitive Software Engineering team is at the forefront of telco AI offerings with Cognitive Software applications, creating innovative telco AI solutions in the areas of planning, deployment, optimization and healing automation either on-prem or on public cloud. We make best performing networks better.
We are searching for a Technical System Owner who can help in shaping the Cognitive Software delivered as r Apps. Particular focus is on the quality and performance of the Software from a requirement perspective.
As the System Owner you will be responsible for the overall system integrity, quality fulfillment and architectural evolution of the products delivered to customers over time. Including performance and characteristics, functionality, operations and maintainability.
The System Owner is responsible for:
- The system integrity and quality fulfillment release after release including architecture, performance, and functional evolution.
- Setting quality requirements, act and decide on exemptions related to own product and relevant 2PP/3PP contained in the product deliverables.
- Setting expectations and requirements on quality, test strategy, test coverage and product integration (CI/CDD) deployment and operations.
- Drive decisions together with Solution Product Owner to balance product improvements, technical debt, time to market and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading product development
- Leadership experience
- Strong technical competence in Network Design and optimization, AI and ML.
- Solid experience in software development Agile, Lean and Dev Ops ways of working
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Can do attitude, strong result orientation and interest to work with change management across the organization
- Fluent in English
