The site of Fuenlabrada based in Spain belongs to POWER Division . The site has 320 employees around 3 activities. We are looking for a VIE Customer Service Contact for 12 months.

Your challenges?

• You will manage customer requests and ensure the seamless integration of their requirements into the supply chain process, from forecasting and production scheduling to delivery and customer service.
  
• You will resolve discrepancies between orders, monitor supply chain performance, manage logistics and packaging loops, prepare export documents and maintain clear communication with customers.
  
• You will be proactive in solving problems, improving service levels and collaborating with internal teams.
  
• You will manage customer requests and ensure that they are properly integrated into the supply chain, from forecast to final delivery.
  
• Processing customer schedules, resolving order discrepancies and aligning internal schedules with customer priorities.
  
• You will ensure targeted service levels by monitoring supply chain performance, stock levels and packing loops, while dealing with logistical issues.
  
• You will prepare export documentation, coordinating with external platforms and maintaining clear communication with customers to provide reliable updates and manage expectations.

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  
• You already have 1-2 years experience in the logistics/supply chain field (
  
• You have a fluent level of English
  
• A high level of Spanish (B2/C1) is essential to effectively manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
  
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
  
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
