As a Web Content specialist in SEAT:CODE you will be responsible for researching, defining, creating, implementing and improving the CUPRA & SEAT Content Strategy, aligned with the company's business goals.
You will have the ownership of the SEAT & CUPRA WEBs Content for Spain, Ireland, Andorra and rest of EU5 market (UK, FR, IT, ES, DE).. Strong collaboration in the SEAT Brand Re-launch Project
We expect from you that you will validate and check if any feature requested by the markets must be developed by the Squads or just some updates from the Operations (Content, MYCO, SEO) team are enough to deliver value and meet market expectations
Proactive improvements in the websites of SEAT & CUPRA for markets will be part of your daily basis tasks.
Always proposing suggestions (Layouts, Copies, Images, etc) to the requests created in JIRA by our requesters.
We are looking for you to have experience in Content Management, Project Management and/or Marketing and a continuous improvement mindset, able to provide ideas and solutions to daily challenges

Requirements:

What else do we expect from you?
Collaboration & Communication:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills, in order to communicate effectively unambiguous ideas, updates or project improvements with different audiences, across different departments in SEAT (Marketing, Digital, After Sales, Dealers, etc) or SEAT:CODE (Squads, Contents, etc)
• To be able to communicate effectively in English/Spanish.

Technical:

• To have experience in website content management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM, Adobe Experience Manager) or a similar web content management system (CMS).
• Assets management within AEM (Cloud)
• Ability to use digital marketing tools and stay up to date with the latest technologies.
• Knowledge of website technical SEO Best practices & KPIs.
• UX/UI expertise.
• Web Performance best practice knowledge (to participate in “Mobile Conversion Optimization Program”), Core Vitals de Google

Business & Marketing:

• Full vision of Campaigns updates or Events.
• To understand the SEAT & CUPRA's brand values to set the right tone.
• To have a good understanding of how Marketing works.

Nice to have
