Account Manager Haematology

Organization Overview:
Lilly is excited to bring innovation to the therapeutic field of Haematology. We are currently in the process of completing our cross-functional teams to strengthen and focus the launch readiness process for all the Nordic countries. We are looking for a Account Manager in Sweden who will be part of the strategic work and responsible for implementing and execute on the tactics for hematology in Sweden. You will be the face of Lilly and a key partner towards relevant stakeholders and accounts. As a highly valued member of the cross functional team, you will work closely with other functions with the overall goal of contributing to improved patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Make strategic plans for your product and how to succeed in your district. Together with sales manager you will set goals for the success of the product
- Create meaningful relationships with customer, i.e. oncologists, nurses and key stakeholders in your area. Take ownership and responsibility to create those meetings. Also, work and create relationships with expert groups, patient societies and other stakeholders within the payer society.
- Enable customer touch points using a variety of solutions including both personal and virtual
- Use data insights to analyse the development in your district, stay proactive, solution oriented and aim for volume growth and continuous improvements.
- Plan and execute activities both from own planning as well as from Brand Team
- Take part in the internal cross-functional work and build on the internal resources available.
Basic Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience from sales within pharma or
- Oncology nurse
- LIF exam if needed
- Drivers license and willingness to travel
- Fluent in Swedish and English (speaking and writing)

- High learning agility with ability to read and learn scientific material
- You have a strong track record of adapting to new situations and being solution oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate high integrity and compliance
Additional Information:
- Travel is required on a weekly basis
- District is Sweden with a focus on the most important regions based on sales potential
- Preferably living in Stockholm area or similar
