We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our finance team, based at our Helsingborg office.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks, with a focus on maintaining precise records and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

IN THIS ROLE, SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accurately register and code incoming supplier invoices, including associated filing and handling.
• Continuously work on coding and verifying supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Regularly reconcile customer invoices and accounts receivable across the group's companies.
• Manage and process employee expense claims using our expense management system.
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments for the group's entities, including bank account reconciliations.
• Handle and send reminders to customers and assist with inquiries from both customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere within the finance team, ensuring that all team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar accounting role or relevant education
• A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with accounting software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A genuine interest in finance and accounting, with a desire to continuously improve and learn.
