Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Ads Team. You will be working at the Group level, that serves all our Nordic markets, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. If you love to optimize, analyze, plan and strive to acquire knowledge about digital advertising – this might be a role for you. It is important that you feel comfortable in handling several things in parallel and have particular attention to details. Ideally you have work experience within media/advertising. You will report to our Nordic Ad Operations Manager and be a part of our Nordic team.
You will work with:

• Booking and setup of video advertising campaigns
• Technical campaign configuration
• Optimizing campaigns to assure timely delivery and good performance
• Analysis and reporting of achieved campaign results
• Support in media planning and sales material preparation
• Liaising with sales and ad tech representatives on daily basis
• Technical support in assigned area of advertising
• Maintenance, support and development of operational process within the department
• Support in ads and data tasks related to Splay One You Tube Multi-Channel Network
• Maintaining partnerships with our network of clients and agencies in the Nordics
• Market research

Desired competences:

• At least 2 years of work experience within media/advertising
• Working experience with video/display/paid social ads
• Familiarity with digital advertising landscape
• Familiarity with You Tube advertising
• University degree in Marketing/Economics/Information Technology, or related
• Ability to present reports and data in visual and verbal manner
• Knowledge in MS Excel, Keynote/Power Point
• Technical understanding of ads operations
• Analytical mindset, statistics knowledge a plus
• Experience with ad serving tools, DSP, SSP, ad exchanges a plus
• Fluent in English, Swedish or another Nordic language preferred.

Start Date: Fall 2024
You will work from our hq office in Stockholm, Birger Jarlsgatan 43.
Our response time might be longer due to the vacation period.
