AI and Data Driven Transformation Lead - Apotek Hjärtat

As the AI and Data Driven Transformation Lead at Apotek Hjärtat, you will play a vital role in leading the organization’s AI and data-driven journey. Your mission is to advance and execute the AI and data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and fosters a data-driven culture across the company. You'll actively advocate for AI adoption to enhance efficiency, boost customer experience, and inform better decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement the AI and data strategy.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver data-driven solutions.
-
Collaborate with various departments to integrate data and AI into business processes.
-
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, partnering with HR and others to enhance AI and data literacy.

Represent Apotek Hjärtat in cross-company AI collaborations within the ICA Group.
-
Build and nurture internal and external relationships to support data-driven goals.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
To thrive in this role, you should have:
-
A degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent higher education.
-
Proven experience in leading change management with a strong track record.
-
Solid knowledge of both generative and analytical AI, preferably with certification.
-
Project management experience (preferred).
-
Proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
-
You need to have a valid work permit for Sweden or an EU citizenship.
