You will be an important part of Electromobility at Volvo Group Trucks Technology. We provide state-of-the-art research, engineering, product planning and project execution to final delivery of complete products and support the products in the aftermarket.

The two Assistants will provide support to the department of electromobility and support the organization in various projects. We are on a steep growth and transformation journey and need strong support to enable excellent operational management and delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about support, collaboration, communication, and teamwork. In addition to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, the role requires a proactive individual with an attitude open to change. With you, there will be a team of five assistants, supporting the Electromobility department, to enable our great journey.


Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for working proficiently with administrative routines using IT- tools and Collaboration solutions (Share Point/Teams/One Note/Tasks/Forms). Continuously work with improvement and best practice of the same.

Support and follow-up plans and activities to support the department regarding different initiatives and projects.
Be part of the business and general administration and planning, coordinate and manage day-to-day issues, for example ordering supplies, manage accesses, tools, documentation and facilitating the onboarding program.

Facilitate clear communication within the teams and to other departments and stakeholders including larger employee’s meetings, team building and other events (both on site and off site) in collaboration with internal and external parties. You contribute to good teamwork and team-spirit within the department.
You will be part of the Electromobility assistant network, hence collaboration and coordination of activities with assistants within Electromobility, in GTT and across Volvo Group is part of your role.
