Please note that to be considered for this internship you need to be attending an internship course this coming fall as a part of your studies. You must get school credits from doing the internship. The minimum period is 3 months.


Your mission…
As an intern in L’Oréal Sweden, you will be welcomed as a full member of a team. You will have your own scope and responsibilities, but you will of course not be alone: Your manager will always provide you with support, objectives, and a clear vision. However, to succeed, you will need to keep in mind that you play the main part in your own success aland future projection. An entrepreneurial spirit is key!


You will...

• Support our Business Development team with category growth and development
• Support our Business Development team by identifying and leveraging growth opportunities in collaboration with our retailer partners through market analysis and actionable category insights
• Support our Business Development team with category elevation projects to increase sales and brand presence
• Support our Business Development team by analyzing category performance and gathering category shopper insights
• Support our Business Development team with local market RGM projects (pricing, promo policies, conjoints etc)
• Support our Business Development team with various ad hoc projects

You are...

• A pro-active team player and not afraid to take ownership of own projects

• Comfortable with numbers and have an eye for business analytics
• Thriving in a global fast-paced environment, and having a flexible and agile mentality
• Having a strong interest in learning and developing your business understanding
• Experienced with MS Office Packages i.e., Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and experience in Power Bi is meritorious
• Having a digital mindset
• Interested in consumer behavior and have an eye for market trends
• You are currently studying and have an approved internship as a part of your studies. (Kindly note that we will need documentation of this from your university)
• You are preferably studying a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or similar
• You are fluent in English

We are looking for new Business Development interns to start in January 2025. The internship is fixed-term and located in our Sweden office in Alvik, Stockholm.
