The Role:
As a Calculation and Procurement Officer, you will serve as the crucial link between our Sales, Design, and Project Management departments. You will be responsible for the pricing calculations on all new projects, ensuring our calculation models are accurate and up to date with the latest price lists. In addition to working with suppliers to negotiate contracts, you’ll play a vital role in controlling our project margins by keeping track of the financials.
Your work will be diverse, spanning everything from administrative tasks to strategic supplier management, and you will collaborate daily with colleagues and partners from around the world. This is a unique chance to refine and improve our internal processes while working in an innovative and global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain calculation models and routines.
Develop and optimize our calculation methods to meet evolving business needs.
Prepare pricing calculations for all new projects.
Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate performance.
Regularly update price lists and ensure they align with supplier contracts.
Negotiate supplier agreements alongside your Manager.
Maintain up-to-date contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers.
Stay in close communication with manufacturing units to ensure accurate pricing information.
Work closely with colleagues across departments and business units within the group.
Master the use of Excel, as well as calculation features within our CRM and ERP systems.

What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a talent for communication. You should be highly organized, capable of foreseeing potential challenges, and skilled at making quick, informed decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Expertise in Excel, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Analytical mindset with a keen understanding of numbers and financial modeling.
Previous experience in a controller or calculation officer role, ideally within construction, retail store development, residential projects, or design/architecture sectors.
Experience in calculating projects from the initial design phase through to completion.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
