Job title: Call Dispatch and Service Coordinator
Location: Sollentuna - office based
Contract: Temporary cover - 1 year
We at Malvern Panalytical are a leading supplier of analytical solutions in Nordic region and globally. Our customers are located at leading industry and research facilities across the Nordic region, with strong presence in Sweden. You will have the exciting task to receive and direct customer request to the appropriate channels as well as plan the activities of team members to complete customer support assignments.
The position is based in our office in Sollentuna and is aimed at supporting the Customer Support team in the entire Nordic region with Call Dispatch, coordination, and administration tasks.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in various activities of the customer support team such as:
  • keeping contact with customers
  • coordinating and planning the activities of customer support engineers
  • approving/ invoicing job reports
  • placing and monitoring spare part orders
  • invoicing/renewing service contracts
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Most of the daily activities are performed through our CRM system and therefore good PC user skills are needed.
  • Previous experience with a Salesforce and SAP4 is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English) and an always friendly, positive attitude are strong requirements for this position.
