For our project site in Boden, Sweden, we are currently looking for Change Management Coordinator to support our project team.

Change Management Coordinator
Location: Boden, Sweden (on site)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
• Coordinating activities related to implementing changes within the organization
• Maintaining the cost system and providing the required reports
• Analyzing variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
• Monitoring progress and reporting results.
• Identifying potential risks associated with implementing changes.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management actions.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with the change plan.
