Responsibilities:

• Drive financial steering and guide the company
• Be a strategic partner to the CEO, the management team and the board
• Own shareholder communications and debt relationships, including managing fundraising processes
• Ensure external/internal reporting and steering, on strategic, tactical and operational level
• Ensure legal and financial compliance as well as risk management
• Lead the Finance and Legal team

Requirements:

• Experience leading a finance team in a scale-up environment
• Strong communication skills and numerical ability
• Initiative-taking, ownership and prestigeless approach
• Strong understanding of financial systems setups
• Solid accounting, controlling and forecasting/budgeting knowledge/experience
• Experience from fundraising or M&A/transactions
