Do you have experience from management consulting, and do you thrive on delivering value to clients within market expansion and growth?

As Consultant at Business Sweden your job will encompass a diverse range of tasks within management consulting. We are therefore looking for a colleague with experience in the in this area of expertise, who can work to support our senior staff and clients with consultancy assignments as well as proactively drive sales and promotional concept development.

The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

• Develop insights based on market research that will enable clients to make strategic decisions on how to enter and/or expand market in China – both from sourcing & manufacturing and from marketing & sales perspective
• Perform data analysis to identify economic and business trends relevant for Swedish companies
• Support with analyses of the political and economic environment impacting international firms doing business in China
• Create impactful presentations to clients’ senior management teams
• Work closely together with Chinese, Swedish and foreign colleagues, and report to project manager.

The role is based in China, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required. Formal requirements

• You have a higher academic degree, at least a Bachelors degree and probably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration

• You ideally have 3-6 years of experience from management consultancy or with governmental affairs

• You have operated in an international context with business and market focus

• You are experienced and successful in scoping advisory services, and confident in driving and supporting sales dialogues

• You have advanced research skills - you are highly confident in your ability to locate, analyze, and generalize data, and you have strong visualization skills, e.g. creation of consultancy reports in Ms Power Point

• Apart from fluency in English, you also have a high level of mastery of Swedish

• Experience from China is a strong merit.
