Job Description
Job Title: D365 CRM Solution Consultant
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite a week)
Responsibilities:
Perform requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes and document them comprehensively
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, functions, and features to business stakeholders
Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and identify areas requiring customization
Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort.
Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to business stakeholders.
Conduct hands-on implementation and configuration of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM respecting the Product Best Practices
Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions
Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete tasks within budget, timelines, and to customer satisfaction to ensure successful implementation.
Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
Create specification documents and documentation for clients, including Power Point presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.
Be a team player and share the knowledge with other team members, also globally
Technical experience:
8+ years of Microsoft D365 CRM implementation experience.
Experience configuring Microsoft D365 CRM modules including Customer Service, Field Service, and modern communication channels
Experience in MS Power Platform and Azure Cloud
Job role experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions.
Experience assisting with the definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading technical teams through Microsoft CRM API usage; and integration development.
Knowledge of Microsoft Share Point, Power BI, etc.
Certification in D365 CRM, Power Platform, or Azure would be a plus
.Net programming experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016) would be a plus.
Experience in using connectors for Microsoft Dynamics to Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be a plus
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge skills, and abilities.
