The majority of the MRO (Maintenance & Repair Organization) business is located in Arlandastad where we repair and maintain aircraft components in two workshops with head office in Copenhagen. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Workshop Manager:
  • Support: Aid the Workshop Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring that activities are well-coordinated and resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Coordination: Help in scheduling tasks and managing timelines to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Process Development and Improvement:
  • Collaboration: Work with various teams to develop and refine maintenance and repair processes for aircraft components.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with aviation regulations and industry standards.
  • Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Task Management: Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Workflow Maintenance: Maintain orderly workflows within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Documentation Review: Carefully review documentation, track inventory, and monitor project progress to identify potential issues.
  • Issue Identification: Spot discrepancies or potential problems early to address them proactively.
  • Proactive Approach:
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and implement measures to mitigate risks.

  • Investigations: Lead or participate in investigations to identify root causes of incidents or non-compliance issues.
  • Corrective Actions: Implement corrective and preventive actions to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
  • Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Process Development: Strong capabilities in developing and improving processes.

Experience
  • Aviation Industry: Previous experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) setting.
  • Managerial Skills: Demonstrated managerial skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing change processes.
  • Microsoft Office 365: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365.
