• Position: IT/Desktop Support Engineer
• Job Nature: Freelance (Contract)
• Contract duration: 1 Year
• Location: Huskvarna, Sweden
• Working Days: On-demand/Ticket-based
• Language : Bilingual (English + Local Language)
• Dispatch Role: This on-demand position requires your support on specified days, with tasks assigned via ticket based on client needs, usually lasting up to 4 hours. Typical tasks include checking devices, routers, printers, software installations, and hardware troubleshooting.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Level professional to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions
- Document all technical issues and resolutions
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Level or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
