About the Role

As we continue our growth journey and strive to elevate our tech platform, we’re looking for a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join our Platform team. This team is at the heart of Froda’s technology, responsible for creating and managing the infrastructure that supports our cutting-edge fintech solutions. In this role, you will focus on automating infrastructure and cloud setups, optimizing performance, and ensuring the stability and security of our platform.
Your role will be important for establishing and managing our CI/CD pipelines, automating routine operations, and driving efficiency in the development process. You will collaborate closely with other development teams to support broader architectural decisions and contribute to the overall strategy of our tech platform.

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone who is technically skilled, proactive, and communicative. You should be a team player who enjoys taking initiative and ownership of tasks, and you should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. While we don’t require you to be a senior Dev Ops expert, you should have enough experience to drive initiatives independently and contribute effectively to our team.
Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years in a Dev Ops or similar role, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and automation.
  
• Background: Preferably from an Operations background with some development experience. Understanding the development process is important, even though your primary focus will be on operations.
  
• Mindset: Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving skills and a “get-stuff-done” attitude are essential.
  

Skills:

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform and other Ia C tools.
  
• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in setting up and optimizing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Azure or AWS.
  
• Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  
• Security: Solid understanding of cloud security best practices.
