About this opportunity
Our Excellerate Global Leadership Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level, rising up to challenges and becoming and developing as a leader.

Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Project Manager at Strategy and Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Management (SCM)!
What you will do:
SCM is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, sustainable, and resilient supply chains to fulfill customer needs. Strategy and Operational Excellence is a small team of highly qualified talents, focusing on the creation and execution of our Supply Strategy. The team is central to shaping the future and driving top performance. We are proud to lead in Sustainability and Innovation, and we are fully embracing the opportunities of a digitalized future.

You will bring

In addition, we believe you have:
- MSc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Technology, MBA degree or equivalent
- Passion about bringing your ideas to the table
- Keen interest to learn and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues
- Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
