Technology Advisory Consultant
We are looking for experienced consultants to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team in Stockholm.
Your team will together help our clients to develop technology strategies and solutions that create business value and drive performance. From strategies and target state designs to implementation of our client’s future technology operations, you contribute with valuable knowledge and experience to our clients most complex challenges. The team also works to further grow and develop our successful TS&T consulting practise in Stockholm.
Your contribution

• Participate in technology advisory and transformation projects, where you will be working with project management tasks and also subject matters related to our clients challenges
• Contribute and support in business development by supporting client proposals or bids for potential and existing clients
• Develop and maintain trusted relationsships across client organizations and within Consulting to generate new, creative approaches to solve challenges and create opportunities
• Active contribution in practise development through your area of interest and/or expertise

Qualifications

We are looking for

• A business-driven person with previous management consulting experience and broad understanding of technology, staying up to date with technology trends and what’s happening in the market
• A team player who enjoys collaboration with clients and colleagues with a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries and types of projects
• A track record of delivery excellence in projects that leverage technology to drive business value in commercial or public organizations
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in technology strategy, management, operating models, sourcing, enterprise architecture, technology transformations or equivalent areas
• Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
• Minimum bachelor’s degree within a field relevant for technology and IT, e.g., Computer and Systems Science or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience from interacting with client technology practitioners and can have a broad conversation on the most relevant issues on the technology agenda
• Sound business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and recommendations
• Coachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
