Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture partnerships with service providers to promote GM brands and enhance operational efficiency.
- Champion a customer-first approach by leveraging insights to elevate ownership and support experiences.
- Establish and uphold quality standards to deliver premium customer service.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality and customer satisfaction.
- Set clear objectives and work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.
- Adapt strategic plans to changing market dynamics with strong business acumen.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Minimum of 2 years in automotive field sales or aftersales roles.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about the automotive industry.
- Skilled in synthesizing diverse information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Native proficiency in Swedish and Norwegian; fluent in English.
- Valid driving license.
- Customer-centric mindset with an aptitude for gathering insights to refine product features and processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working in ambiguity.
- Ability to influence external partners toward quality excellence.
- Business and technical acumen.
- Skilled in creating presentations, procedures, and documentation.
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models.
