  • Monitor daily progress (and act if not up to standard): cargo on track / delivery in progress / completion / arrival status / customs entry / shipper’s status (aviation law)
  • Check (and act if not) whether all job files have been accrued and billed out daily (based on ETD)
  • Check (and act if not) whether all necessary documents have been attached to / in the job file
  • Check (and act if not) whether all “Data Compliance Events” have been updated on all shipments.
  • Liaise with overseas / network offices and inform customer about shipping status (or issues)
  • Follow-up on and solve or escalate client queries / issues (such as damage notifications)
  • Report incidents and non-conformities in the Toll portal
  • Create weekly / monthly consolidations booking + closing afterwards
  • Contact vendors to negotiate ad-hoc freight rates
  • Generate sales lead if shipment comes from unknown shipper
  • Additional sales (such as insurance of goods) and promoting existing / new air product / service
