Our Front Office Team consists of bright and self-standing ambassadors who strive to every day deliver a true At Six Experience 24/7, 365 days per year. We take pride in welcoming our guests and assisting them with all types of requests; from check in to check out and everything that stands in between. We particularly like challenging situations, love troubleshooting and delivering the At Six Wow factor. Our mission is to redefine service at the Front Desk and be the benchmark department in terms of service for Stockholm and Sweden.
Our Front Office Team operates around the clock and takes care of both our inhouse guests as well as guests staying in our At Six residences.

The Role and Our Philosophy
As Front Office Night Manager you are responsible for smooth running of the department at night, ensuring safety and security is the main priority for our night team and guests. Together with the support of one of our Night Ambassadors, you will be carrying out a variety of Front Office based tasks from check in to check out, running the night audit as well as taking care of our reservation inbox. The latter will connect you to a variety of responsibilities and tasks, which are linked to all the other departments within the hotel. This is a position that comes with great responsibility and flexibility as your main focus will be given to both the Front Office and our Reservation Department Operations.
This is a night role, based on roughly 9 hrs shift, 7 days on, 7 days off. The night team is made up of two ambassadors who are responsible for the whole hotel during night time.

And what about you?
You have worked in either Front Office or Reservation and have at least 2 years experience using a well-known PMS platform. Knowledge of MEWS PMS is desirable but not essential. Full command of both Swedish and English is needed. Driving License is desirable. In addition to the following, you should enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have preferably experience working within the luxury segment of our industry. Last but not least, you must have held a leadership role within Hotels in the past. To succeed in this role, you are comfortable making all kinds of decisions on your own.
A go-get attitude will take you a long way, ability to work in an international team and environment is needed to succeed in the role. A positive mindset and having fun at work is a must!

• Advanced knowledgeable of front office operations
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Strong knowledge of any well-known PMS platform, MEWS preferably
• Ability to work nights and weekends as well as Holidays
