The hiring manager for the role is Alvaro, Manager, Web Fullfillment. As a part of his web development team, you’ll be included in a collaborative and cross-functional setup wherein you’ll will have the freedom to explore, deliver and be innovative in a modern agile framework where empowerment is the key success.
Your role & influence as Fullstack Developer
As a Fullstack Developer at Dustin, you'll join a collaborative, cross-functional web team focused on building and improving high-performance online services. With online sales at our core, delivering secure, reliable, and fast solutions is critical.
The team is responsible for the entire chain; from understanding needs in depth to design, development and operation in production. It is not uncommon for several deployments per day.
Examples of initiatives that we work with are transforming our checkout with a flexible payment solution in collaboration with a well-known partner and creating an MVP to see if we can sell IT services in a new way.

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious, open minded, driven problem-solver with a strong team focus and, committed to continuous learning. You bring a self-driven leadership and a passion for creating high-quality, testable, and adaptable software.
Additionally, it's important that you bring:

• 6+ years of experience with C#, React, Java Script, .NET Core, and Kubernetes.
• Backend development expertise in C#/.NET Core with a focus on microservices architecture, distributed and transaction-heavy systems.
• Front-end proficiency in building responsive interfaces with React and Java Script.
• Kubernetes experience for containerization, orchestration, and scaling applications.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience, automating builds, tests, and deployments using tools like Git Lab.
• Cloud expertise with AWS or Azure services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or Azure Functions.

It will be meritorious (but not mandatory) that you have:

• • Experience with Node.js, Graph QL, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Passion for continuous learning and proactive leadership.
