Do you have experience as a Group Design Leader in the automotive industry?
Then this could be your next opportunity!
In this role you will have a broad responsibility with the task of driving and project leading your components or systems forward in the development process together with the rest of the team. Your main tasks will be to have full control of the time plan, cost, technology & quality.

The work is carried out in an international environment in close collaboration with suppliers, purchasing and design. In the assignment, you will be faced with different challenges every day and in return receive a fantastic opportunity to develop and create new experiences.
The role is very varied and suits you who wants to work proactively but at the same time is flexible to work with what is needed at the moment. To really enjoy this role, you like technology & technical questions, project management and have a great drive to move forward! The role is also a great step if you want to continue your career in project management later. With your social skills, you can easily get your message out, listen to others and adapt to new circumstances.
CHECK LIST
We are all new to the job at some point and will gain many new experiences, but before we work together we prefer that you have previously worked as a sub-project leader, Group design leader or equivalent, alternatively that you have a good understanding of the role.

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Automotive etc.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in product development
- Meritorious with development tools such as: KDP, Kola, Teamcenter, Catia, Creo etc
