HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits

Saab Surveillance is on an exciting growth journey and we are now looking for an HR Specialist in Compensation & Benefits.
As our Compensation & Benefit specialist you will play a key role in developing and managing our compensation strategy at Surveillance in order to attract, empower and retain employees.
Your expertise will ensure that our compensation structures and reward strategy aligns with Saab, are compliant with legal requirement and support our strategic goals and business requirements.
You will work closely and in collaboration with Surveillance HR team, Saab´s Group Function Compensation & Benefit team and other key stakeholders, in order to provide strategic input and to deliver effective solutions.
You will conduct regular external benchmarking and internal monitoring to ensure competitiveness and a forward-looking and attractive pay and benefits strategy.
An important part of the role is to be Project manager for the annual Salary Review. You will drive and coordinate the negotiations with the unions in collaboration with HRBP colleagues and be overall responsible for all communication, output and result. You will also drive and coordinate the annual gender mapping analysis.
You will continuously analyze and calibrate relevant data as external benchmarking, salary statistics and compensation data to support decision making processes.
You will report to the Head of Human Resources at Business Area Surveillance. You will work broadly across Surveillance and you will be part of the Surveillance HR Management Team.
The HR Team in Sweden consist of 24 HR collegaues, located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Huskvarna. You will also collaborate and interact with other Compensation&Benefits collegaues within Saab AB.
Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a passion for Compensation & Benefits

You have several years of experience in the field from large organizations and are courageous and experienced in driving strategic and operational initiatives
-
You have a great understanding of compensation strategies, pay structures and benefits design
-
You have a strong data driven and analytical attitude and your ability to lead, deliver and make decisions is characterized by it
-
An excellent ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment
-
You have a good ability to build and maintain relationships and have good communications skills. You are comfortable speaking and writing in both Swedish and English
-
You have a strong knowledge of Teknikföretagens collective agreement, labor laws regulations and extensive experience in unions negotiations

Experience of working in Workday and/or other HRIS systems is desirable
