HSE Supervisor
We are looking for an HSE supervisor for our customer's project in Sweden. The work begins in October 2024 and lasts until the end of year 2025.

Location: Skellefteå, Sweden
As HSE Supervisor, you will:

• Manage and coordinate all HSE-related activities on-site to ensure a safe working environment. This includes risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
• Prepare and update all necessary HSE documentation, such as safety plans, reports, and records in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide guidance to the project management team on HSE policy and guidelines, ensuring that safety is a key consideration in all project planning and execution phases.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness among all personnel. Ensure that all employees are adequately trained, understand HSE standards, and are motivated to actively engage in safe work practices.

To succeed, you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or an equivalent field) along with relevant professional qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Proven experience in an HSE role, ideally in a construction or industrial environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage HSE responsibilities in a complex, fast-paced project setting.
• Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, providing clear guidance and leadership on HSE matters.
• Deep understanding of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance site safety.
• Capability of assessing risks, identifying potential hazards, and implementing practical solutions to mitigate them.
