• Create and optimize a large number of scroll-stopping image ads for Meta platforms.
• Develop and test various creative concepts to maximize ad performance.
• Enhance and refresh images on our website to improve results.
Analyze performance data and apply insights to continually improve visual content

• Has a proven track record of creating high-performing image ads, even if they're not conventionally "pretty".
• Possesses strong analytical skills to optimize content based on performance data.
• Is proficient with design tools and AI-assisted image creation.
