IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows and mac OS), applications, and peripherals
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT process improvements
- Assist with the management and maintenance of video conference infrastructure (experience in this area is optional)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and system inventories
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry trends
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology usage and best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role
- Understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and mac OS operating systems
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services is a plus
- Experience with automation and Powershell scripting is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
