THE ROLE
As Junior Consumer Insights Analyst at Haypp Groups insights division Haypp Lab, you will join a strong and well-versed team of ten incredibly talented individuals focusing on generating consumer insights. Haypp Labs setup is reminiscent of an in-house insights agency that conducts research and analysis of our customers impacting decisions internally at Haypp as well as externally with our suppliers. Our main purpose is to offer actionable insights to relevant nicotine pouch and snus suppliers leveraging our robust consumer base and knowledge of the category.
As a Junior Consumer Insights Analyst you will be supporting our team that is working with several clients across different markets. To succeed you need to have both an eye for detail as well as ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The following are some of the tasks that you will be expected to do: gathering the clients’ needs, discussing preferred method & set-up, scripting questionnaires, preparing samples for product tests, conducting online fields via our online data collection tool, analyzing the data and building the report to be delivered.
Main Responsibilities:

• Project management: support the team in all parts of the projects.
• Analyzing data: Convert data into insights in a relevant and appealing way.
• Interdepartmental collaboration: Manage relationships with other internal departments to ensure project development (CRM, Logistics, Customer Service & Partnership)

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
We are looking for a driven and proactive team player who is not afraid to leave their comfort zone to learn and grow.
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:

• Education in a relevant field with emphasis on statistics, market research, business or marketing
• Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods and understanding how and when to use them
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluency in English

Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest:

• Experience from hands-on research is a plus. e.g. setting up surveys, conducting interviews, moderating focus groups, analyzing data and visualizing/presenting insights.
• Experience in using SPSS, XLSTAT, R or similar
• Experience from advanced insights methods (e.g Maxdiff and conjoint analysis)
• Experience with using CRM tools
• Fluency in Swedish
