We are looking for a experienced Kitchen porter to join our team.
What you will do

• Heavy lifting and decanting procurement deliveries
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Store clean utensils, containers and trays in an organised structured routine
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents)
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen porter section
• Laundry washing and folding
• Remove garbage regularly
• Sanitisation of work surfaces and kitchen floors
• Assist chefs with production prep such as cutting vegetables and other related tasks

Who you are

• Meticulous, well-organised and a self-starter who works well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness to meet food safety standards
• Comfortable working in a repetitive nature environment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• A humble and open-minded attitude
