Position : Administrative Manager
Key Responsibilities

• Research on Nordic science and technology, R&D policy trends
• Support for hosting KNTEC events (workshops, seminars, etc.)
• Management of the KNTEC website and contents.
• Administrative and operational tasks related to KNTEC

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• The field of study is not restricted.
• Fluency in Korean and English (Proficiency in Swedish is an advantage)
• Experience with Korean companies or organizations is preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills (HWP, MS Office, etc.)
• Experience in writing official documents and reports in Korean(HWP) (preferred)
• Must have a valid Swedish residence permit
• If hired with a short-term residence permit, a work permit may be considered later; however, depending on the work permit issuance status, the hiring may be canceled or the contract may not be extended.

Working Conditions

• Monthly Salary: 29,000 SEK (Pre-tax income)

※ Employer taxes will be paid separately by the center. Additional vacation pay provided. Insurance will be arranged by the center.

• Initially 1 year, with extension determined based on work attitude and

performance.

• Employment conditions follow Swedish vacation and labor laws; other terms
• follow common practices of Korean public institutions, with working hours and other details specified in a separate employment contract
• Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with flexible working hours

as needed

• Work Location: KNTEC (Frösundavik Alle 1, Solna); remote work is only

permitted in exceptional cases
