About the Role
As the Live Producer you will oversee the release management schedule for Welcome to Bloxburg, an award winning and top performing game on the Roblox platform where players can build and design their very own dream house, work various virtual jobs, hang out with friends, explore the city of Bloxburg, and more!
This includes scheduling multiple, concurrent pipelines that generate content for a brisk release cadence as well as overseeing the release of each update. You will also be tasked with the maintenance and improvement of the game through regular bug fixes and Qo L updates.
Responsibilities
Own and manage release pipeline for live game updates.
Build and maintain the schedule for planned releases and own the release of major updates to the game.
Coordinate with partners, both internal and external for maintenance and other issues
Manage operational issues in a live environment.
Coordinate with community managers to understand current player needs and adjust priorities as needed.
Own and drive continual improvement of our processes and live operations.
Communicate status of live operations, releases and upcoming milestones to the team and leadership.
Promote, contribute to, and participate in a culture of inclusion and diversity

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a veteran of live operations who thrives in the fast paced environment of a crowded release schedule and has a strong desire to improve existing processes.
5+ years of experience working on live software or services in a production, QA, operations, or project management capacity, in the video games industry is a minimum requirement
Strong foundation of software development and project management methodologies.
Ability to build, track, and maintain complex roadmaps and schedules across multiple, concurrent development tracks.
Highly self-motivated and accountable.
Thrives in a high-speed and dynamic environment
Superb organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Knowledge of the business of free-to-play gaming

About the position
The position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week.
This role is intended as an on-site position in our office in Gothenburg, with some work-from-home flexibility.
