As a Management Trainee, you will work right at the core of the management team at Eidra in Stockholm, and closely collaborate with senior colleagues across various fields, complex projects and regions.
You will be a part of our organizational development and growth journey. You will be involved in projects within business development, strategy, M&A and more, which means you’ll be in an environment where you’re exposed to different fields and where no two days are alike. During the program, you will also participate in a variety of training courses covering topics such as various consulting tools, project management, self-leadership etc.
We are looking for you who are near the end of your university studies either in engineering or business, with a graduation in summer 2025. We believe you are a flexible, solution-oriented and a pragmatic person. We think you are analytical, curious and down-to-earth while also being highly motivated, self-driven and not afraid to tag along wherever you are needed. Further, we expect you to be comfortable with tools like Excel and Power Point. We also expect that you express yourself well in both speech and writing, whether it is in Swedish or English.
The idea is that you, after 24 months as a Management Trainee, move on to a new role within the group, whether it is a role at Eidra or any of the consulting companies within the group – Sweden or abroad.
