We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art data center in Sweden.
Job Description:
As the Mechanical Construction Manager, you will oversee mechanical installation projects within the data center. Your role will include planning, executing, and managing all mechanical construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical construction activities, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and lead the mechanical construction team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Review project plans and specifications, identifying potential issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with other departments, including electrical and structural teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical construction management, preferably within data centers or industrial environments.
• Strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping installation—candidates with a trade background are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and tools is preferred but not essential.
• Must hold a valid EU passport.
