About the jobAs our Media Manager you will be responsible for the full cycle, from crafting the strategy to the best-in-class media execution. You will work closely with numerous internal stakeholders from marketing teams and brand owners, as well as external agencies.
You will be a part of the media team in our Nordic and Baltic (Norbal) region, with our Solna office as your base.
This is a permanent full time position, and with hybrid working model. We aim to hire as soon as possible, with respect to any notice period.
You will focus on the Specialized Nutrition category and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead paid media strategies in Norbal, creating innovative plans for diverse market segments.
• Set media KPIs, monitor execution and budget ROI, and establish best practices.
• Analyse and report on media campaign performance to drive insights and optimizations.
• Propose data-driven media automation solutions to optimize campaign efficiency.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, ensuring timely delivery and meeting targets.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day contact with internal stakeholders as well as external agency partners making sure we keep deadline and deliver on target.
• Introduce innovative ideas and pursue growth opportunities proactively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

About youTo succeed in this position, we believe that you:

• Minimum BA Degree in marketing or related field.
• Have around 5 years professional experience in media related role either strategic advisor roles, from media agency, on the client side or publisher side.
• Have a proven track record of developing media strategies/campaigns, planning that drive results and grows brands.
• Have a business-oriented mindset, able to turn insights into strategies and actions and to successfully align them with your stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of the technical side of digital tools (analytics, 3rd party ad serving) digital media platforms.
• Experience in a multinational environment and large international business is advantageous.
• Skilled in driving the agreed agenda with conviction and engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Team player who can collaborate with diverse individuals and communicate effectively.
