The Opportunity
Radiologists are a scarce resource in many European healthcare systems and we are in a continuous need of finding and convincing talented doctors to work with us. Thus, we are looking for an experienced Medical Recruiter to join a high-energy Recruiting Team and help it achieve its ambitious goals. The focus is on radiologist recruitment for our market in Sweden and Denmark.
Since our recruitment and onboarding process is unique and the profiles we search for are very niche, it’s a great opportunity for an eager professional with a healthy ambition to grow professionally.
Besides medical recruitment, you will also be involved in non-medical recruitment processes, employer branding activities, and congress organisation.
Mission Department, Position and Organisational Context
Sourcing - Carrying out various candidate search activities to build a strong pipeline of candidates. We are as innovative and personal as possible with our radiologists; therefore, we are including coffee meetings or lunches with the candidates in our “sourcing” activities.
Recruitment – You are responsible for the entire recruitment process. You are the first contact that the candidate has with TMC, you inform the candidate in detail about the opportunities we can offer and answer all the questions a candidate may have. You manage the candidate database in our ATS Jobvite. You participate in the weekly meetings and keep close track of recruitment needs and your candidate pipeline. Medical Recruitment will be your focus, but you will also be involved in non-medical recruitment processes if necessary.
Congresses - Organising the participation of TMC in medical congresses and events and managing the post-conference process.
Employer branding - Being involved in advertising, social media, and employer branding activities.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills
Recruitment experience - Prior experience in an agency or in-house recruitment department (minimum 2-3 years), preferably focussed on doctor recruitment. A sales or strong head-hunting background is a plus.
Educational background – A university degree is preferable.
Language skills – As TMC is a multinational and diverse company and our company language is English, you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Swedish and or Danish is a requirement.

Team Player – You will be working closely with your recruitment colleagues, team spirit, and collaboration are essential for this position. Besides, it is crucial to share information and knowledge with your colleagues.
Attention to detail – Other departments depend on our recruitment input and data. Data accuracy and the continuous updating of our ATS is an absolute must to provide accurate recruitment capacity information.
Organisation and planning - You meet deadlines and prepare presentations or reports regarding the recruitment pipeline without supervision.
Communication skills – You need to have a clear thought process and the ability to find appropriate vocabulary and a suitable style for different audiences, including senior candidates and external service providers.

Once we welcome you to our team, we will provide an onboarding program which will take several weeks. We will make you familiar with all necessary departments and colleagues. You´ll be trained on all tools and systems, luckily, we can provide established processes for you to do your job.
