We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual, such as a student, to join our team as a part-time Office Support Assistant. This role offers flexibility, with a typical schedule including Thursday and Monday mornings, but with some room for adjustment. We estimate 4-6 hours per week would be needed with potential for a bit more time for special projects if time allows.

Position based in our Home office in Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining an organised and tidy office environment.
Handle minor upgrades and maintenance tasks, such as hanging pictures and light DIY work.
Manage office supplies and stocking the kitchen, including making necessary purchases.
Maintain contact with the cleaning company and landlord for administrative matters.
Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
