This initiative, the Omnichannel Marketing Acceleration (OMA), is set to unlock significant growth opportunities, with the potential to drive €2-4 billion in additional annual revenue and attract 150 million new visitors each year. By building innovative, first-party data solutions, you’ll help the company stay ahead of evolving privacy regulations and shift away from third-party data reliance.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down silos, streamline processes, and empower marketing teams with real-time insights, enabling them to plan, optimize, and execute campaigns more efficiently. This transformation will also enable the company to scale towards its long-term financial goals, creating a major impact on both revenue and customer experience.

Your duties and responsibilities

• 
  Own the Marketing & Data Technology workstream, driving it forward in line with its objectives.
• Align with the Mar Tech & Data Blueprint to ensure smooth procurement, development, testing, and establishment of our new Mar Tech and data landscape.
• Lead the integration of new software into the company's digital landscape.
• Manage the purchasing process, proof of concepts, and scaling of Mar Tech and data solutions in their roadmap.
• Proactively manage risks and blockers to keep the workstream on track.
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress and key milestones.

Requirements:

• Extensive program and/or senior project management experience with a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope.

• Expertise in Marketing Technology, ideally within a large enterprise environment, with an understanding of how to leverage technology to drive marketing innovation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to manage and navigate high levels of complexity while keeping a clear focus on business goals.

• Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale transformations, demonstrating an ability to drive meaningful change across cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams to align on strategic objectives.

This interim assignment, facilitated by Hammer & Hanborg, starts immediately, ideally from November 1st, and runs until October 15th, 2025. The role is based at our client's office in Malmö, with the option for hybrid work arrangements.
