We want to inform you that this is an unpaid internship and you need to be a student in Sweden. The role is located onsite in Solna.

About the internship / main tasks:
You will be a part of our Operations project team who manages business cases to simplified presentations to qualitative and efficiently secure agile project management, follow-up on project plans, business impacts as savings, emissions and resources. We challenge and evaluate the best operational setup to support the Norbal business, with main focus on Logistics and Customer Collaboration efficiencies. Your part will be to support us in various projects, gaining valuable insights into the overall project management process from scope to closure:

• Assist the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Help with the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Support the team in tracking project progress and managing timelines.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure project success.

About you

• Currently pursuing your Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sustainability, Logistics or a related field in Sweden.
• Have an internship included in your program for at least 10 weeks january-june 2025.
• Have the ability to attend the Solna office 2 days/week during internship.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Fluent in English.
• Swedish is highly advantageous
