About the Role
Are you an organized, tech-savvy, and proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments? This role involves frequent travel (primarily between Florida and Sweden, with other destinations as needed) and requires managing all aspects of personal and professional life—from household operations to project coordination.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions between residences, managing household operations, and providing exceptional support in both personal and business contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 Support: Provide round-the-clock assistance for personal and professional needs.
- Household Management: Prepare residences for arrival, maintain organization and cleanliness during stays, and handle shutdowns after departure.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and manage complex travel logistics, ensuring smooth transitions and readiness at all destinations.
- Technology and Administration: Use tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, or Mac equivalents to manage tasks, schedules, and communications efficiently.
- Financial Oversight: Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Project Coordination: Oversee professional and personal projects, ensuring all priorities are met.
- Adaptability: Respond quickly to evolving schedules and changing priorities.
- Frequent travel between Florida and Sweden, with additional international destinations as needed.
- Integration into a fast-paced, dynamic lifestyle.
- Unlimited vacation time, balanced with the responsibilities of a 24/7 role.
