Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Malmo, Sweden
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite in a week)

Job Description:

CLIENT is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Product Specialist
(Consultant). The Product Specialist manages and conducts cross-discovery activities
(Like Country gap assessment, Define Launch Scope, Measuring success and
Feedback loop and Solutioning) for deployment and Rollout perspective. Your
responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and conducting country gap
assessments to ensure quality products are delivered on time. You will work closely
with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams to drive the scope of the go-to-market.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist CLIENT in:

• Define the launch scope, derive the detailed validation scenarios based on the launch scope and finalize the validation scenarios with the countries.

• Conduct the country gap assessment and identify the country gaps to facilitate the delivery and implementation of the activities.

• Bring in a data-driven approach to decision-making, both in the day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs

• facilitated the discussions with the cross-product team to design the cross[1]domain activities and deployment & roll out the plan.

• Participate in the sprint demos and understand the functional scope of the demos.

• Support to define the Deployment Roadmap.

• Support to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of product launches against business goals, objectives, and key results.

• Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements, identify testable features, and define test objectives and success criteria.

• Ensure timely delivery of various test milestones.

• Knowledge working in Jira and Confluence

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills, etc.:

• Minimum 6 + years of experience with good command as a product Management in a multi-cultural environment.

• Extensive knowledge of order management, warehouse and inventory management systems, and logistics (delivery & services).

• Assess the country’s Gaps by performing various requirement activities.

• Knowledge of the technology landscape in e Commerce, Retail, supply chain and Delivery Management.

• Driven, but with a collaborative mindset, so that the individual and team win together

• Lead and drive cross-product initiatives and launch preparation activities for different products.

• Good ability to influence, listen and collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders in a complex organization.

• Ability to build a strong, and meaningful interpersonal relationship enabling to coach and advise stakeholders

• Liaise with internal teams to develop assets and manage knowledge management systems.

• Operate multi-nationally with overseas business partners.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• The role includes traveling (for a short duration) on a needed basis.
