Are you passionate about leading cross-functional teams to create incredible game experiences? As a Production Director within our Games Expansion organisation, you will be at the heart of game development, ensuring the smooth operation of one of our projects. You will have the opportunity to provide leadership through influence, guiding and collaborating with teams to bring the game's creative vision to life. In this position, you will work closely with a diverse group of craft leads, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and polish of compelling game experiences that align with the overall creative goals. You'll be the key liaison between lead producers, cross-disciplinary teams, and stakeholders, driving collaboration to manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, mitigate risks, and align project timelines

About the position:
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm with a hybrid working model. You will be required to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per week. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with studio teams in Redmond, USA, which may occasionally involve off-hour meetings, primarily with West Coast USA representatives.
