• Set and communicate departmental goals.
• Lead and distribute work within the production section.
• Ensure team welfare, engagement, and a positive work environment.
• Conduct employee appraisals, set goals, and assess performance.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Drive continuous improvements in line with the Danderyd Operations Lean Program.
• Measure and follow up on set goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and take preventive measures against workplace accidents/incidents.
• Communicate changes effectively and ensure team alignment.
• Participate in budget work and propose departmental budgets.
• Manage resource planning and competence development within the department.
• Conduct recruitments and ensure necessary competence is available.
• Develop and refine processes and working methods within the department and Production.
• Lead teams during stoppages and deviations affecting delivery or other goal fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to processes, work instructions, and assembly instructions established.

• Proven leadership skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in production, preferably in a leadership position.
• Engineering education or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong interest in people, technology, and group dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proficient in computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
