Responsibilities:
- Define the program scope, milestones, timelines, and identify potential risks;
- Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness;
- Take ownership of program budgets, reports, and feedback for stakeholders;
- Lead, manage, monitor and support program plans to ensure team success;
- Adjust the strategies to enhance program performance.
- Professional certification such as PMP;
- 3 years of experience in program or project management in IT or high-tech industry;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies;
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to guide teams and resolve conflicts;
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
