Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to assist in the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The goal of this project is to create a centralized contract repository, leveraging metadata and AI to streamline contract management. You will be working closely with stakeholders in procurement, legal, and IT, alongside an implementation partner based in Denmark and a team in India. This assignment comes with tight deadlines and high expectations from the Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving roadblocks and ensuring progress.
• Maintain project documentation and updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize contract tools and scheduling systems (Outlook) for effective coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from diverse functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, including managing schedules and tracking progress under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on professional email communication.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and documentation.
• Proficiency in contract tools, Outlook scheduling, and IT project management tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work on-site in Frösundavik, Stockholm.

Admission and Application

This is a full-time position during office hours. The assignment is set to start ASAP and is expected to continue until 2025-11-25, with the possibility of an extension. You will be employed by Job Busters and assigned to work with our exciting client.
