WHAT WILL I DO?

As a part of the Allergy Applications group in our R&D Allergy department, you will play a crucial role in the design and lifecycle management of two of our IVD test platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues on product and process care projects, supply activities, troubleshooting, investigations, and product development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, perform and report product and process care activities to ensure quality and efficiency
  
• Take part in internal technical investigations, product updates and risk management activities
  
• Investigate and address customer complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
  
• Offer technical and scientific support to various functions, including product quality investigations, study specifications, and performance verification
  
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to prepare and submit necessary documentation for product registrations and certifications.
  
• Provide technical and scientific solutions within area of expertise to product development projects as well as supply projects.
  
• Actively contribute to continuous improvements for process optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and staying updated on industry advancements.
  

HOW WILL I GET THERE?

You are an organised and structured person who enjoys working in both a laboratory environment and in a more administrative role. In this dynamic role you will support the whole department and cross organizational projects with your competence in IVD test design field.

Education:

• Master of Science degree, or equivalent work experience, in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or equivalent or a related field.
  

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of immunoassay principles, laboratory techniques, and equipment, with a focus on in vitro diagnostics.
  
• 3+ years of experience preferred working in the life science industry, preferably with knowledge of production processes related to in vitro diagnostics.
  
• Experience in immunoassay development would be a valuable asset.
  
• Experience within ISO13485 and IVDR is a merit.

• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences in both Swedish and English.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Displays a proactive and innovative attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
