Fast Travel Games is a VR game developer and publisher based in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded by industry veterans, we are dedicated to creating games that transport players to beautiful, rich, and immersive worlds where compelling narratives come to life.

We have developed titles such as Apex Construct, Wraith the Oblivion - Afterlife, Vampire the Masquerade - Justice and currently have Mannequin + an Unannounced Project in development for the major VR platforms.

Role Overview:
We’re excited to expand our development team with a Senior 3D Generalist. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and elevating the style and quality of our games. Your expertise will help us develop and refine workflows and pipelines specifically designed for standalone VR. You’ll collaborate closely with our Art Directors and Designers, turning your creative vision into reality while ensuring we meet the unique technical demands of VR.

What You’ll do:

• 3D Art Creation: Produce high-quality 3D assets that bring our VR games to life, balancing beauty and performance
• Develop Workflow & Pipelines: Develop and refine workflows and pipelines tailored to the needs of standalone VR, keeping things smooth and streamlined.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge and guide fellow 3D artists, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
• Enhance Efficiency: Continuously look for ways to improve how we work, making our processes faster and more effective.
• Visual Identity Support: Collaborate closely with Art Directors to ensure the visual identity of our games is effectively realized.
• Problem Solving: Work hand-in-hand with designers and Art Directors to develop visually appealing and smart solutions to project challenges.
• Innovation in VR Interaction: Contribute to advancing how we interact with VR environments, enhancing the overall player experience.

We would love if you have:

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the games industry, with a strong, wide portfolio showcasing your work. VR experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
• Passion for mentoring and developing the skills of others
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
