As our Senior Finance Manager Performance Management you will work within the Swedish finance organization in Stockholm, with multiple touch points throughout our Swedish business as well as European Zone and Group functions. You will report to and work closely with the CFO of our Swedish Business and will be part of the Swedish Finance Leadership Team. How you will make an impact
In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving our performance dialogue and shaping the direction of our business decisions through providing insight and foresight with regards to our business performance short and long term. You will work in close collaboration with our various finance functions and will be instrumental in setting and marshalling our strategic financial agenda, including improving our structural profitability, enhancing current processes and developing the function within a European performance management community. Another vital part of your role will be the coordination of financial close and forecast cycles and shaping the reporting dialogue with both the Swedish management team and European Zone.

What will make you successful
You hold a Bachelor or Master in Business and Economics or similar. You combine your degree with 5-8 years of proven successful experience from a business controlling or business partnering position. You have a good understanding of business and financial analysis, profit follow-up and the ability to handle and interpret large quantities of data in Excel. Strong English skills is a requirement and Scandinavian proficiency is a recommendation. IT skills – full proficiency in advanced Excel and Power Point is a requirement, and SAP familiarity is a given. If you have strong knowledge of accounting standards, you will probably find your job easier and it will be a merit. You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work operationally as well as strategically and interact effectively with many different parts of the organization.

As a person you thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and truly enjoy engaging with both the commercial and technical elements of business on all sorts of topics. You have the ability to create good relationships across a matrix organization, while at the same time you can set priorities and make sure the business stays on track towards its targets. Other important qualities for success in the role are proactiveness, strategic height, analytical skills, structured mindset and self-drive. The position will be based in Solna, Sweden.
