Site Manager

We are looking for:

We are looking for a Site Manager with experience in electrical engineering for our customer's project in Sweden. The employment relationship is project-based, starting as soon as possible, and lasting around one year.
In this role, you will oversee activities on the site and ensure that schedules are met. We hope you can see the bigger picture and excel in collaboration and workflow management.

Location: Gävle, Sweden

As a Site Manager, you will:

• Manage the site overall by being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire site, by scheduling, directing workers, managing resources, and planning work phases.
• Be responsible for site resources such as workers, materials, and equipment and their efficient use.
• Manage contractors and employees by leading teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders working on the site and by guiding, motivating, and, if necessary, intervening in the problems of work phases.
• Lead the daily problem-solving as big and small challenges come up in the daily life of the construction site
• Monitor project progress and, if necessary, make decisions to change schedules or work arrangements.

To succeed, you have:

• Suitable educational background (e.g., a degree in electrical engineering).
• Experience in similar roles, such as electrical site supervision or site management.
• Previous experience in industrial projects
• Ability to work independently and make decisions to ensure site progress.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, and intermediate Swedish skills
